A very easy and tasty meal
- 2 teaspoon of olive oil
- 100 g salmon
- 1 small carrot
- 5 pcs of Green beans
- Cauliflower ( grated )
- salt and pepper
- Wash the salmon then sprinkles with salt and pepper. In a saucepan with medium high heat put 1 tsp of olive oil, heat it up about 3 mins then put the salmon cook it about 4 mins each side.
- while the salmon is cooking, peel the carrot cut it lengthwise, wash and set aside. wash the green beans cut each end.
- In other pan heat 1 tsp of olive oil, fry the green beans and carrots till cook.
- Wash the cauliflower and grate it using cheese grater or a food processor. stir-fry it season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot!
