Salmon with Cauliflower rice recipe

A very easy and tasty meal

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 100 g salmon
  • 1 small carrot
  • 5 pcs of Green beans
  • Cauliflower ( grated )
  • salt and pepper

Method:

  1.  Wash the salmon then sprinkles with salt and pepper. In a saucepan with medium high heat put 1 tsp of olive oil, heat it up about 3 mins then put the salmon cook it about 4 mins each side.
  2. while the salmon is cooking, peel the carrot cut it lengthwise, wash and set aside. wash the green beans cut each end.
  3. In other pan heat 1 tsp of olive oil, fry the green beans and carrots till cook.
  4. Wash the cauliflower and grate it using cheese grater or a food processor.  stir-fry it season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot!
